BioLife Plasma Services in Kennesaw, GA is hiring a Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, program plasmapheresis machines, and monitor donors throughout the donation process.

You will handle setup and troubleshooting of equipment, manage donor data in the DIS, stock supplies, and assist with center improvements using 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Ability to stand/walk for an entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.
• Lift up to 32 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Prolonged glove wear due to exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
• 1+ year in a customer or patient-facing role helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Greet donors as they enter/exit the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
• Record donor measurements and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donors to the floor and compensate via Debit Card.
• Support center improvements using 5S, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.
