Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations. You will greet donors, perform venipuncture, and assist with plasmapheresis while ensuring donor safety and data accuracy.

You will work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This role requires staying on the donor floor, adhering to procedures, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in a customer/patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and operate plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage donor reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with proper disposal.
• Record donor vitals and input data into the DIS system.
• Coordinate donors to the donor floor and compensate donors via the Debit Card system.
