BioLife Plasma in Georgia is seeking part-time team members for donor screener and phlebotomy support at our Morrow center. Shifts are 4–6 hours per day, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Paid interactive training is provided to start strong.

You will greet donors, collect vital signs, and use the Donor Information System to maintain records and coordinate donor compensation. Prior customer-facing experience is helpful, and a high school diploma is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors and focus on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Use the Donor Information System to maintain donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
