Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk or stand for the full shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasional heavier lifting up to 32 lbs (50 lbs rarely).
• Experience in customer or patient-facing roles is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Maintain donor charts and coordinate donor compensation in the Donor Information System.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
• Support donors across shifts, including weekends and holidays.
