Job summary

CSL is seeking a facility support technician to prepare, monitor, and conclude pheresis procedures. You will ensure the donor area, equipment, and data are properly managed and documented. This role requires attention to safety protocols and accurate record-keeping.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and at least three months of related healthcare experience. The position may involve overtime to support center operations.

Qualifications

• Must perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor donor and process; respond to alarms or signals.
• Disconnect donor when process completes.
• Maintain alertness to donor reactions during/after pheresis.
• Record incidents and equipment linkage on PDA.
• Link equipment and supplies to the donor in the system.
• Alert supervisor of donor flow issues.
• Ensure accurate donor data in the electronic system per SOPs.
