Job summary

CommunityAid is seeking a Donations Supervisor to lead the donor experience at the store, supervise a team of Donation Associates, and manage warehouse operations including intake, labeling, and inventory flow to support the home store and other CommunityAid locations.

You will promote our core behaviors, ensure safety, coach staff, and coordinate with store leadership to meet daily needs while complying with applicable laws, policies, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse position.
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification.
• Valid PA Driver’s License preferred.
• Scheduling flexibility with evenings and weekend availability.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor experience at the store and coaching of Donation Associates.
• Manage warehouse operations including intake, labeling, storage, and movement of donations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for production and store needs.
• Collaborate with store management to determine daily staffing and deployment of the team.
• Promote safety, enforce policies, and address unsafe conditions.
• Engage in performance feedback and staff development.
