Job summary

CommunityAid Inc. is seeking a Donations Associate – Level 2 to deliver friendly, efficient service to donors while sorting donations and guiding others in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with production tasks, learn basic disinfection procedures, and help maintain a clean, organized donation area. You will also track donations electronically and support safety standards daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years for heavy machinery certification.
• Scheduling flexibility with evenings and weekend availability.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide excellent customer service.
• Sort donations by department; identify sellable items.
• Operate donation door equipment safely and explain guidelines.
• Assist with production tasks such as disinfection and pricing.
• Cross-train for other production areas as needed.
• Maintain a clean donation area and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in daily huddles and shift handoffs.
• Record donation movement using an electronic tablet.
• Report donation volume to supervisor.
• Support warehouse tasks as needed to meet store goals.
