The role emphasizes strong leadership, safety, and compliance with state and federal requirements, plus coaching employees and coordinating with management to meet daily store needs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to obtain Forklift certification.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor experience and supervision of Donations Associates.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory processing, and product flow.
• Coordinate with store management on staffing and training needs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state and federal laws and Company policies.
• Analyze warehouse performance data to improve efficiency and sales.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to staff.
