Qualifications

• Ability to obtain forklift certification and pass post-offer tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor experience at the store and manage Donation Associates.
• Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and seasonal transitions.
• Interface with store departments to meet sales floor needs.
• Ensure safety and compliance with state and federal laws.
• Hire, train and supervise warehouse staff and performance.
