Job summary

Candidates should be high school graduates with effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Pay starts at $16.90 per hour with flexible part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.
• Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Customer and Donor needs are met with genuine greetings.
• Stocking priced items for merchandising on the sales floor.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and donation area.
• Following all POS/Cash Register Policies in accordance with TSA Policies and Procedures.
• Providing Quality Assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
