Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Store Operations team member to assist donors, sort donated goods, and support pricing and product selection. You will deliver excellent customer service, maintain a safe work area, and help meet daily production goals in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to communicate.
• Excellent organizational skills and prioritization.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort donated goods following guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain clean, safe workstations and follow safety procedures.
• Support pricing and selection staff to reach daily production goals.
• Handle donations and products per guidelines and contribute to a positive store environment.
