Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for our Glen Carbon store. The role supports the mission of Changing Lives Through the Power of Work, handling donations, pricing goods, assisting customers, and keeping the store orderly.

This is an hourly full-time position with growth opportunities and a strong team culture. The position offers a monthly bonus up to $250 and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic arithmetic for pricing and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, online, etc.).
• Inspect items for quality and determine appropriate channel (sales floor, recycling, online).
• Identify and price items using pricing software.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize the store area.
