MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking a Retail Processor for the Jennings Store - Florissant team. The role supports our mission and involves handling donations, sorting goods, pricing items, and delivering friendly customer service.

This is an hourly, full-time position with no travel. Offers $15.50 per hour and a monthly bonus up to $250, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication with customers and coworkers.
• Able to sort and categorize donations.
• Basic math for pricing and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handles all donations with care and respect.
• Sorts donated and purchased goods into categories.
• Inspects items to determine sales channel and quality.
• Prices items using the pricing software guidelines.
• Maintains store cleanliness and assist customers.
• Provide positive customer service interactions in person and by phone.
