Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking a Retail Processor for our Mexico Store team. This hourly, full-time role supports our mission, Changing Lives Through the Power of Work, by efficiently handling donations, pricing goods, and serving customers in a fast-paced store environment.

The position offers $15.50 per hour with a monthly bonus up to $250, plus comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. Join a diverse team dedicated to community impact and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma/GED preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers, customers and management.
• Must be organized and able to interact with a diverse work population.
• Math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle all donations with care and respect.
• Sort donated and purchased goods into categories (sales floor, seasonal, online, outlet, trash).
• Inspect goods to determine fit for sales, recycling or online channels.
• Price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain high quality and quantity standards while moving quickly and safely.
• Stock, straighten, rotate, and keep the store area clean and presentable.
• Provide positive customer service to in-person and phone customers; uphold cleanliness.
