Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a store operations assistant responsible for receiving and sorting donated goods and providing excellent customer service to donors. Responsabilités

• Receive donated goods and sort donations; deliver to pricing and selecting staff to meet daily production standards and goals.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors; greet, assist and thank customers while meeting needs in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workstation and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow donation guidelines and processing guidelines; identify recall products and remove them.
• Support merchandise pricing and selection team with material handling as needed.
• Meet or exceed production goals and follow store policies and procedures.
