Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Customer Service/Donations Associate in Fort Mohave. You will lead a positive customer experience and assist with receiving donations, labeling items, and routing them to the right area.

Responsibilities include processing receipts, assisting with loading, maintaining store organization, and adhering to safety rules. Forklift certification may be required; 18+ and background checks apply. Join a team aligned with Goodwill core values.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and operate equipment safely.
• Must be able to read/speak English proficiently and be 18+ years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accepts donations from customers and provides outstanding service.
• Labeling items and ensuring receipts are offered to donors.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading and maintain store/production area organization.
• Follow safety rules and operate equipment like pallet jacks/walkie stackers.
