Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Frederick, Maryland, is hiring a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience, handle donations, and place items in the correct locations. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.

You will greet donors, issue receipts, help with unloading, operate pallet jack and walkie stacker, follow safety rules, and cross-train as needed. This role includes benefits under our Total Rewards package after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service.
• Labeling items and managing donations.
• Provide receipts to donors.
• Assist with loading/unloading and furniture handling.
• Maintain organization of merchandise and production areas.
