Goodwill of Monocacy Valley is seeking a store team member to deliver an excellent customer and brand experience, handling donations and assisting with loading and unloading as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to pass a forklift certification class.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.

Responsibilities

• Accept donations from customers and provide outstanding service.
• Label Gaylords correctly.
• Offer receipts to donors for all donations.
• Cross-check and dispose hazardous items as needed.
• Assist customers with loading/unloading furniture and items.
