Job summary

Goodwill of Monocacy Valley in Middletown, Maryland is seeking a team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience by processing donated merchandise for sale. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with opportunities to grow within a values-driven nonprofit.

You will price, tag, stock, and present items on the sales floor, maintain safety and attendance, and collaborate with store teammates to meet quotas while upholding Goodwill core values of Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership,

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes donated merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, to meet department quotas.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property and reports incidents of theft or misappropriation.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation per standards; stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Must work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment; able to lift and maneuver items safely.
