Goodwill Dallas in Irving, TX is seeking a Donation Attendant to greet donors, process donations, and assist customers in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will handle receipts, help with lifting items, and keep the stockroom organized while maintaining a neat appearance and adhering to dress code.

The role is entry-level with hourly pay, and requires strong customer service skills, basic English, and the ability to work as part of a team while following safety guidelines and store procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts; assist customers with lifting items in and out of their vehicles.
• Sort donations as they arrive into proper carts or bins and determine the quality of donations.
• Sort and price hard goods (misc.).
• Keep the production area clean and safe and other store areas as directed.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and dress code including name badge and vest.
