Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking dedicated team members for our retail stores. We offer both part-time and full-time roles with flexible schedules and opportunities to help our community by processing donations, pricing goods, and serving customers.

As a Retail Associate, you will greet customers, operate the cash register, inspect donated items, stock shelves, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. We provide training and emphasize teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Box Truck experience preferred, but not required.
• Must pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service.
• Greet customers and maintain a cheerful disposition.
• Operate cash register accurately.
• Inspect donated textiles, furniture, appliances for saleability.
• Receive and handle donated goods from donors.
• Stock and sort donations, hang garments.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
• Follow dress code and present a professional image.
• Work flexible schedule.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Complete reports as assigned.
