Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley in Springfield, OH is seeking a Retail Associate to handle sales and donation processing. You will greet customers, ring up purchases, price donated goods, and keep the store tidy and welcoming.

The position offers flexible schedules with both part-time and full-time hours. Prior cashiering or stock experience is helpful, but not required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with part-time and full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a friendly, professional manner.
• Greet customers and maintain a cheerful disposition.
• Maintain high level of customer service to meet agency standards.
• Load and sort materials on trailers; stock duties and displays.
• Operate cash register with accuracy (change, receipts, etc.).
• Inspect donated goods for sale eligibility; price merchandise.
