Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking team members to perform retail sales, accept merchandise donations, and price goods for resale in our stores. You will greet customers, maintain a cheerful disposition, and provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, processing donations, stocking shelves, and ensuring displays meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and shipping/receiving is preferred but not required.
• Box Truck experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform retail sales functions and accept donations.
• Provide friendly customer service and greeting.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Price merchandise according to criteria and prepare items for resale.
• Inspect items for saleability and maintain stock and displays.
• Handle donations and maintain donation records and reports.
