Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is hiring for a Retail Associate to perform donation intake, price goods, and assist customers in our stores.

You will greet shoppers, operate the cash register, stock shelves, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Flexible schedules and opportunities to serve the community are offered.

High school diploma preferred; prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential duties and follow agency policies.
• Prior retail or donation center experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly service in-store.
• Accept merchandise donations and sort items for sale.
• Price donated goods and textiles per procedures manual.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Load/unload donations and maintain clean sales floor.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the store.
