Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking reliable team members for retail stores across the region. You will perform donation intake, price merchandise, and deliver courteous service to shoppers while maintaining store standards.

Positions include both full-time and part-time roles with flexible schedules. You will be trained on safety, cash handling, and merchandising, supporting clients in need and contributing to community programs and services.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.
• Ability to greet customers and maintain a cheerful disposition.
• Stocking, pricing and donation handling according to procedures.
• Must pass background checks and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet customers and maintain a cheerful disposition when servicing customers.
• Maintain a superior level of customer service to meet agency standards.
• Load and sort materials on the trailer according to instructions.
• Maintain premises in compliance with safety and housekeeping practices.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
