Job summary

Goodwill Easterseals Miami Valley is seeking team members for part-time and full-time positions across our retail stores. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing donations, pricing items, and maintaining a clean, safe sales floor. Flexible schedules and a supportive team environment are offered.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred but not required) and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or cashier experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Retail cashiering, customer service, and shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Box Truck experience preferred, but not required.
• Must pass criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Flexible schedule to meet store needs.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• Operate cash register accurately and handle transactions.
• Inspect donated goods for saleability and price merchandise accordingly.
• Load, sort, and stock donated items and maintain displays.
• Assist with donation intake and documentation as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store environment.
