Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donation Attendant to deliver exceptional customer service while receiving donated goods, issuing tax receipts, and maintaining accurate counts. The role involves helping unload donations, pricing, and transporting items to the sales floor with care.

You will be part of a busy Goodwill store team, required to greet donors and customers warmly, follow safety procedures, and support store operations while upholding Goodwill’s mission and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be available to work mornings and weekends.
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Able to work with the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service to donors and customers.
• Greet each donor and customer in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Assist donors with unloading donations and issuing tax receipts.
• Maintain accurate counts of donations and report to management.
• Clean, price and transport furniture to the sales floor as needed.
