Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Retail Production to work in a fast-paced production environment, processing and sorting donated items and preparing them for the sales floor. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated items to determine what goes to the sales floor.
• Hang, size, price, tag and prepare items for display.
• Inspect items and test as needed to ensure good condition.
• Maintain organized and well-stocked production and sales areas.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and staff.
• Rotate or pull old or unsold products to refresh selection.
• May assist with e-commerce product processing as needed.
• Follow all store policies and safety procedures.
