Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to be the first point of contact for donors at retail centers or ADCs. You will greet customers, help unload donations from vehicles, and ensure items are handled with care and sorted appropriately.

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, with some retail experience welcomed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and timely greeting of customers.
• Ability to unload donations from vehicle or other areas.
• Ability to log into computer system to order supplies and send/receive email.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer product questions.
• Unload donations from vehicle or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins for floor or shipping.
• Inspect donations for quality and sorting decisions.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized donation areas.
