Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services for part‑time work at our donation centers. You will greet customers, help unload donations, and ensure items are sorted and handled with care.

This role requires working outdoors in all weather, assisting with loading, and maintaining a safe, organized environment for customers and staff. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with a dolly or pallet jack.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide timely, courteous service.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization at donation sites.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations when needed.
