Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet donors, process donations, and ensure items are handled with care at our retail centers and ADCs. The role involves outdoor work in all weather conditions and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting items, and assisting drivers. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least one year of retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and courteous interaction with donors.
• Ability to lift and unload donations from vehicles safely.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas as needed.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and direct to sales floor or shipping areas.
• Maintain clean and safe environment at donation entrances and parking areas.
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks when required.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
