Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to be the first point of contact for customers dropping off items at our retail and donation centers. The role involves greeting customers, assisting with donations, and ensuring items are handled with care in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include unloading donations, sorting, and maintaining safe, organized donation areas. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and some retail experience, and be able to

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide timely assistance.
• Unload donations from vehicles or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and route to sales floor or shipping areas.
• Maintain safe, clean donation areas and assist at remote sites as needed.
• Operate with safety procedures and assist with loading donations onto trucks.
