Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a part-time Associate I, Donation Services to greet donors and assist with donations at retail centers or donation centers. The role involves unloading items, ensuring proper sorting, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment for customers and staff outdoors in all weather.

Evening availability is required, with flexibility for weekends and occasional overtime. A high school diploma is preferred, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow Goodwill standards and guidelines.
• Willingness to work evenings and occasional overtime.
• Basic computer skills to log into systems and send/receive email.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accept donations in a courteous manner.
• Unloads donations from vehicles and places them into appropriate areas.
• Sort donated items into bins or production areas and inspect quality.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when needed.
• Cross-train in other departments and support as needed.
