Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers and manage donation intake at retail centers and ADCs. This role works outdoors in all weather and requires customer service excellence and physical effort, including lifting donations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service.
• Unload donations from vehicle or other areas.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and sort for sales floor or shipping.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean environment at donation entrances and remote sites.
• Assist with loading/unloading donations onto trucks when necessary.
