Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, unload donations, and ensure items are handled with care at our retail centers and donation centers. You will maintain safe, clean environments and assist with loading donations onto trucks, with opportunities to cross-train in other departments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and ~1 year of retail experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of retail experience is preferred.
• Must read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide timely service.
• Assist customers by unloading donations from vehicles.
• Sort donated items into appropriate bins or production areas.
• Inspect donations for quality and determine sorting for sales floor or shipments.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and staff.
• Assist with loading donations onto trucks when needed.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed.
