Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking an Associate I, Donation Services to greet customers, accept donations, and work outdoors in all weather. You will help unload and sort donations, ensure quality and safety, and maintain a clean donation area.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to lift and move items, and reliable teamwork across shifts. This full-time position offers pay of $16.45/hour, eligibility for Daily Pay, and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year of retail experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift/heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with donations in a friendly, timely manner.
• Unloads donations from vehicles or other areas and sorts items.
• Inspects donations for quality and directs them to appropriate bins or production areas.
• Maintains a safe, organized donation entrance and surrounding areas.
• Assists drivers with loading/unloading donations and may support remote sites.
