Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries in Kansas City, MO, is seeking an energetic Retail Processor for the Waldo Store - Wornall team. This hourly full-time role supports our mission, "Changing Lives Through the Power of Work!" by handling donations, pricing items, and providing friendly customer service.

The position offers an hourly rate of $15.50, with monthly bonuses up to $250, and benefits for eligible full-time staff, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 403(b)/401(a)

Qualifications

• No degree required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication with coworkers, customers, and management.
• Organized and able to work with a diverse team.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Handle donations with care and respect.
• Sort and categorize items for sales floor, online, and other channels.
• Inspect items for quality and decide where to place them.
• Price items using AMI pricing software.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels; assist customers.
