Qualifications

• All educational backgrounds accepted.
• Up to one month of related experience or training.
• Forklift certification required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Load and unload donation trucks as needed.
• Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations.
• Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock.
• Document donations on production sheets.
• Follow SOPs for sorting, labeling, stacking materials.
• Operate baling machine for material compression if assigned.
• Palletize, wrap, and track materials for transport.
• Price and move furniture to the retail floor.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
