Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill in Waco, TX is seeking a Part-Time Production Team Member to handle processing of donated merchandise from arrival to pricing, while ensuring safe handling and excellent donor service.

You will work in a production/warehouse setting, operate equipment (including forklift with certification), follow SOPs, and contribute to daily production goals. All educational backgrounds are welcomed; background check is required.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work with others and cooperate in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Sort, inspect, categorize and price donations by department.
• Hang clothing and maintain stock for retail store.
• Follow SOPs for sorting, labeling and stacking materials; operate baling machine if assigned.
• Palletize, wrap and track materials for transport; price and move furniture to floor.
