Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill Industries, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Member to handle donated merchandise from receiving through processing to pricing for the retail floor, while delivering courteous service to donors.

The role is on-site in a busy warehouse environment. You will sort, label, and prepare items, operate equipment safely (including forklift certification), and work as part of a team following established procedures.

Qualifications

• All educational backgrounds accepted; up to one month of related experience or training.
• Forklift operation requires company-specific certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations, providing courteous and professional service.
• Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations according to departments.
• Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock for the retail store.
• Document donations on production sheets.
• Follow procedures for sorting, labeling, and stacking materials.
• Operate baling machine for material compression if assigned.
• Paletize, wrap, and track materials for transport.
