Job summary

Heart of Texas Goodwill is seeking a Production Team Member to handle all aspects of processing donated merchandise, including receiving, sorting, grading, and preparing items for retail. You will greet donors, assist with unloading, and ensure safety and quality during processing and labeling.

The role requires forklift operation certification and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work in a production/warehouse setting, follow procedures, and contribute to a courteous donor service

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required per company policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail in processing donations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Load and unload donation trucks as needed.
• Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations for departments.
• Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock for the retail floor.
• Document donations on production sheets and follow SOPs.
• Operate baling machine and palletize materials for transport.
