The role covers processing duties, price tagging, stock maintenance, and maintaining clear work areas. Ideal candidates have strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to follow written and spoken instructions, with forklift certification

Qualifications

A criminal background check is required.
Must be willing to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work and cooperate with others.
All educational backgrounds accepted. Up to one month of related experience or training.
Forklift operation requires company-specific certification.

Responsibilities

Greet donors and assist with unloading donations, providing courteous service.
Load and unload donation trucks as needed.
Sort, inspect, categorize, and price donations for daily production goals.
Hang clothing on racks and maintain stock for the store.
Document donations on production sheets.
Follow Dell Reconnect and other SOPs for sorting, labeling, and stacking materials.
Operate baling machine for material compression if assigned.
Palletize, wrap, and track materials for transport.
Price and move furniture to the retail sales floor.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area.
Follow safety procedures and wear required safety gear.
Operate equipment safely, including forklifts (certification required).
