Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including with limited English speakers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Unload donations from containers and move goods to production areas.
• Sort donations into appropriate bins for processing.
• Ensure smooth flow of goods to the production floor.
• Operate cardboard compactors when needed and identify issues.
• Maintain donor tallies and a clean work area.
• Follow safety practices and report hazards or accidents.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and donors.
