Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Nashville is seeking a Donation Express Lead to supervise our Donations Express Centers and ensure smooth daily operations.

You will supervise staff, safeguard donations, and maintain a clean, organized donation area while representing Goodwill to donors. You will travel between DEC sites, train attendants, monitor performance, and work with center managers to uphold standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in supervising or managing people.
• Ability to lift and move loads over 50 pounds; frequent pushing/pulling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Donations Express Centers to monitor attendants.
• Ensure all donation centers are staffed, supplied, and organized.
• Train and retrain attendants using a standard plan on organization, safety, and customer service.
