Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Donation Express Attendant to warmly welcome donors, issue receipts, and assist with unloading and sorting donations at the Donation Express Centers. You will maintain cleanliness and safety, record daily donations, and coordinate with transportation staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push/pull loads over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic for paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and politely and provide receipts.
• Unload donations and sort/pack items in proper receptacles.
• Keep the donation center clean and organized; maintain a safe work area.
• Record donations and assist with daily donation summaries.
• Communicate donor counts and center activity to supervisors; participate in DEC meetings.
