Network for Hope in Cincinnati, OH seeks an organized Donation Support Services Evaluation Coordinator (DSSEC) to assess potential donors and coordinate with hospital staff, tissue processors, and partners. The role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and provides expert guidance throughout the donation process.

The DSSEC performs thorough donor evaluations, documents criteria, and maintains strong rapport with tissue teams and staff.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and typing speed to document donor evaluations accurately.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a donor evaluation workflow.
• Familiarity with medical terminology used in transplantation and organ/tissue donation.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential donors and document eligibility per internal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with hospital staff, tissue processors, and partners to relay information.
• Communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders with clarity and timeliness.
• Ensure quality and regulatory documentation is complete and compliant.
• Provide education and training to internal teams and external partners on evaluation procedures.
• Mentor less experienced team members in donor evaluation processes.
