Job summary

Network for Hope (NFH) seeks a Donation Support Services Coordinator to join its Cincinnati team and support life-saving organ, tissue, and eye donation initiatives. You will be on the front lines of hope, working with hospitals, families, and clinical partners to ensure seamless donation processes.

As part of NFH’s 24/7 response team, you will evaluate referrals, coordinate logistics, and communicate with compassion and precision in time-sensitive situations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• Experience in call center or EMS dispatch, social work, nursing, or medical assistant roles.
• Licensure: Medical Assistant or LPN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from hospitals and healthcare partners.
• Evaluate potential donor referrals and guide the donation process.
• Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
• Document and track critical information in fast-paced environments.
• Communicate compassionately with donor families.
