Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Donor Specialist to inspect and grade donated goods for resale at our West End location in Atlanta. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and strong guest-facing skills to support donation flow and keep work areas organized.

You will sort items, assist with loading donations, and follow safety procedures. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, discounts, uniforms, and access to training through Goodwill Career Centers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of production experience preferred.
• Must have basic math and reading skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English as well as interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift and obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and grade donated goods for resale in Goodwill Retail stores.
• Process donations quickly to meet production goals in a fast-paced setting.
• Sort donations into designated categories and maintain organization.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Follow safety and security practices and participate in trainings.
