Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring at our Marietta location to support donors and shoppers. You will greet guests, sort donations, provide receipts, and follow safety procedures as a Donation Center Associate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years production experience preferred.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Always display a professional, patient, and 'people first' attitude with guests.
• Provide a donation receipt to each guest at the time of donating.
• Adequately handle guest questions and resolve problems per procedures.
• Properly sort donations into designated categories.
• Effectively communicate with management when necessary.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized donor door area/ADC location.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and meetings.
