Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a part-time Donation Center Attendant at our RDC in Phoenix, AZ. You will warmly receive donations, assist customers, and help unload and sort items for storage and transport.

Responsibilities include keeping the donation area clean, labeling merchandise, and supporting loading activities on trucks or trailers. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour with opportunities for additional responsibilities and related benefits.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to be trained and take direction.
• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receives donations from customers and places items in the appropriate area, offering receipts as required.
• Collaborates with customers to understand needs and assist with unloading furniture or other items.
• Cleans donation area, restrooms, and parking lot; sweeps and mops as needed.
• Assists in loading/unloading merchandise onto/off trucks or trailers; helps with labeling and organizing donations.
